Halloween has passed and Thanksgiving is around the corner. Then Christmas, so I'm making my own poinsettias for a wreath I have in mind.

OH MY GOSH!
Lisa I need you! I found crochet, knitting (yes), cross stitch, plastic canvas, embroidery, regular sewing appliques and quilting. On top of that I found T-shirt forms and paints (dried of course). Then all the beads and trim for making necklaces and bracelets, etc. and then ribbons to make wreaths and you name it if you can imagine it.

Getting Cosey
Woke up today of a cool 55° and being anemic I was freezing. Sweet hubby set me up and he started our first fire in fireplace.
Pretty.
Shelves
My sweet hubby got the idea (from so much yammering I made) to put up some extra shelves. YEA!
Now to fill them...hahaha...hey Lisa?

Walking Disaster
I cannot believe it! After having accomplished a minor craft ... I got up to go get me a drink. I slipped on some wood and twisted my knee. Now it's hard to walk and painful to bend. So now my left arm is out of commission and so is my right leg.
My mom told me as I was growing up that if I didn't have accidents I wouldn't be able to do all I've done.
Finally a craft
I had surgery on my left arm on the 18th of October. If you've ever had surgery you know you have a few bad days of drug haze where it is not safe to do anything. The first two days I felt nothing as I received an arm block which left bruises on my arm. The third day I began taking pain killers every 4 hours. This was the beginning of my haze days.
Yesterday was the first day I felt decent. October 26th, I actually wanted to go shopping, however I settled for for firing my creativity by watching DIY videos.
Now mind you ... You are only limited IF you limit yourself.
I used my right hand and my feet. It took me awhile but I finally made a pom pom.
